Now this is what I call reasonable, good faith negotiating! Keep in mind the national debt is now $14.3 trillion (with annual budget deficits in recent years of $1.5 trillion or more). Keep in mind also that there are one-thousand billions in a single trillion.A good analogy for what Obama, Biden and the democrat party are "proposing" here (and trying to hoodwink mainstream America with): This is like a junky bankrupt -- hundreds of thousands of dollars in the hole -- promising that one day next year he will save money by not ordering cheese on his Burger King Whopper; in the meantime and thereafter, however, he'll just keep borrowing and spending as he has been for years. Sounds like a plan! (For the suicide of America, leastways).
