Michelle Obama is onboard for a new campaign to fight obesity in the country (first link below). Obesity takes lives prematurely. Obesity drives up health care costs. Any initiative designed to combat it (so long as people are not forced or coerced into losing weight) is fine by me, and I applaud it (because it's damn hard to lose weight).
