  4. In the legal biz, there's an old cliche that goes, the best cross-examination is oftentimes no cross-examination. And the same principle carries over into other forms of communication: Succinct and to the point is always best (I am an old broadcast-J grad, after all) and often the best points are made pictorially or otherwise without ever uttering so much as a word or more than one or two.

  6. You know, on this blog I probably spend the most time trying to find the right pictures. The writing always comes quick and easy. It's the damn pictures that are the real trick!
