I say wait a damn minute (link to full story at bottom), because while I was planning to vote republican in my U.S. House and Senate races on Tuesday (previously having no other choice), maybe we can talk about this a little more, democrat party?How much beer, what type of beer, and how can I get in on some of this action? And what's on that appetizer menu? And will there be any ladies at the Happy Hour? I may be a Ragin' Independent over here, but never let it be said that I don't have my price.

Postscript: There comes a point, I guess, where the sliminess of these two political parties -- and in particular the democrat party the past 2-3 weeks -- just becomes tiring to even rant about anymore. At that point, one just wants to throw up his hands and say "whatever". Because it's reached a point where there's just not much more to be said that hasn't already been said about 100 times. The above blog post is an example of this. I'm tired of even complaining anymore. The dye's been cast, and the Independents will see the democrat party on Tuesday.
