Bush & Cheney were sincere people in wanting to protect the American people and had to make very difficult decisions.

The thing is, those are His Majesty's words today, not mine (in reference to the national security and foreign policy decisions of the Bush administration, many of which His Majesty obviously disagrees with and calls "wrong"). Where is the far left outrage? After all, I thought Bush and Cheney were "war criminals"? I don't think I've ever heard of any bona fide war criminal who was simultaneously labeled as "sincere" and as just making "very difficult decisions." Have you? Instead, the cowardly far left just runs for the hills like it does any time that His Majesty purports to differ dramatically with a fundamental far left tenet. For example, His Majesty purports to oppose the legalization of gay marriage. But the hateful left spews nary a word about that, instead focusing their venom on beauty pageant contestants and such. It must suck to be such a slave to ideology and leader worship that you can't even muster up the courage to be critical of your top leader when he says something so clearly contrary to your most basic principles and beliefs. And hey, I'm not saying that the people on the far right are any different, because they are not in my view. Just making an observation that gets at the core of why I truly love (in case you couldn't tell) being an Independent.
(As an aside, I don't disagree with His Majesty's statements today concerning the "sincerity" and "very difficult decisions" of Bush & Cheney. Instead, my biggest issue with those two clowns has always been that I believe they outright lied to us about the pretense to invade Iraq -- a sovereign nation that we never had any business invading in furtherance of some grand neo-con vision.)
